Cancellation Policy
We do reserve on a first come, first serve basis. As of right now, we do show that we have availability. Please keep in mind that changes and modifications may affect the quoted rate. Cancellation policy: We ask that you cancel at least 48 Hours prior to your scheduled pick up time. You must send an email to us for cancellation. In order to reserve, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit, at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be charged the day before your reservation date. Also, we would like to add, that if you are not dropped off at your reservation end time, you are subject to an additional hour charge. The only additional fee not included in the quoted rate, is the tip/gratuity for the chauffeur. Most clients tip at least 20% cash of the quoted rate, to the chauffeur, on the day of the event. We are also able to apply a percentage of the quoted rate, on the credit card provided, for gratuity. Of course, the amount is at your discretion. If you would like to reserve, please confirm by email. Please advise which vehicle(s) you would like to reserve. Once you confirm, we will input your reservations in the system and mark them as PENDING. We will send them to you by email, along with a credit card authorization form.
